Jeff Peters
Chief Executive Officer

Jeff Peters joined Anulex in April 2011 as Chief Executive Officer. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in medical technology in both operating and investing roles. From 2008 to 2011, he worked for Foundation Medical Partners as an entrepreneur-in-residence. From 2006 to 2008, he was a healthcare portfolio manager for Black River Asset Management LLC; and from 2001 to 2006, Jeff held several positions at ev3 Incorporated, including Vice President, Research and Development, and Chief Technology Officer. From 1996 to 2001, he was a medical technology equity research analyst for RBC Dain Rauscher Wessels. Previously, he spent several years at SCIMED Boston Scientific Corporation in both engineering and marketing roles. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota.

Tim Miller
Sr. Vice President & General Manager

Tim Miller joined Anulex in February 2004 as Vice President of Regulatory and Clinical Affairs. Tim has more than 20 years experience in the medical device industry. From 2000 to 2004, he served in various management positions at Centerpulse Spine-Tech including Director of Regulatory and Clinical Affairs. From 1991 to 2000, he worked in the Cardiac Surgery and Cardiac Rhythm Management divisions of Medtronic. Tim received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Trevor Martin
Vice President of Sales

Trevor Martin joined Anulex Technologies in February 2008 as Western Area Sales Director. In 2009, he was appointed Area Vice President of Western Sales. In October of 2011, Trevor was promoted to Vice President of Sales. He brings over 10 years of successful sales management experience from Anulex and Kyphon in addition to previously owning his own medical device distributorship. While with Anulex, Trevor won Area Vice President of 2010. Prior to medical device sales, he treated patients as an Occupational Therapist for over 5 years. Trevor received a B.S. in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University.

Vic Fabano
Vice President of Operations & Quality

Vic Fabano has served as the Vice President of Operations and Quality since joining Anulex in January 2008.  Prior to joining Anulex, Vic served as Vice President of Operations and Quality at Transoma Medical from 2000 – 2008.  Vic entered the medical device industry when he worked for Boston Scientific/SciMed from 1992 - 1998.  He has over twenty years of experience in the medical device industry with the last fourteen years serving in an Executive capacity in charge of Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Product Development.  Vic holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.

Ishmael Bentley
Vice President of Research & Development

Ishmael Bentley joined Anulex in May 2004 and served in engineering and project management positions until 2009. In January 2009 he was appointed Director of Research and Development. Subsequently, in 2010, he was appointed Vice President of Research and Development. Prior to joining Anulex, Ishmael was an engineer for Zimmer Spine. He entered the medical device industry after graduating with a Master's of Science degree in Bioengineering from Clemson University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Morehead State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.

Michael Killeen
Controller

Michael Killeen joined Anulex in November 2009 and currently serves as the Corporate Controller responsible for company financial reporting, budgeting and human resources. Michael brings nearly 10 years of accounting experience to the Company in both public accounting as well as private industry experience in financial reporting. Prior to joining Anulex, Michael served in a similar role at Compellent Technologies, Inc. as a financial reporting analyst responsible for internal and external SEC reporting from 2007 through 2009. From 2003 through 2007, Michael served as a Senior Assurance Associate at Grant Thornton LLP and then a Supervising Senior with Grant Thornton International based in Hong Kong, China for two years, responsible for international subsidiary SEC financial statement audits, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and US GAAP consulting engagements throughout the Asia Pacific region. In 2011, he was appointed Corporate Controller and Head of Human Resources for Anulex, responsible for financial reporting, regulatory compliance, budgeting and office management. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Luther College and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of Minnesota.
