Michael McCormick
President & CEO Anulex Technologies

Michael McCormick joined Anulex in December 2003. Prior to joining Anulex, he was President of Centerpulse Spine-Tech. During his tenure at Spine-Tech, the Company grew to be a full line supplier of innovative spinal technologies with 40% of its revenues coming from products introduced within the previous 12 months. Mike was involved in the successful sale of Centerpulse Spine-Tech to Zimmer in the fall of 2003. Early in his career, Mike worked at Boston Scientific Scimed and Baxter Health Care where he served in a variety of sales and sales management roles. Mike received his BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.

Matthew M. Burns
Chairman & CTO Anulex Technologies

Matthew Burns is a founder of Anulex Technologies and previously served as the Company’s President & CEO from 2001 through 2003. He has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, including such areas as marketing, business development, and research & development engineering. Prior to Anulex, Matt served as a Business Development Director for ProtoStar, as a Marketing Director for the Interventional Neuroradiology Division of Boston Scientific Scimed, and as a Research & Development executive for the Interventional Cardiology Division of Boston Scientific Scimed. Matt is the inventor or co-inventor on twenty five patents and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
